New Discovery

I have a suspicion!!
Have you guys tried to change your computer software from Vista to XP?
There is no problem in changing from XP to Vista. However, when you change it the opposite way, your computer does not accept XP and your computer is going to be messed up!!
I think this is done on purpose!! So that you have to buy the new products that are necessary to run Vista properly. I think it is a trick and I believe that it will happen the same with the new window 7. There should be some law to ensure that our choice is protected.

* TRY IT AND TELL ME ABOUT IT =]

126,000 Million Dollar Indemnity

PEPSI now has to pay a $160,000 million indemnity due to the absence to a court hearing. It seems to be a personal revenge from the court judge, since the requested compensation from two water companies were only about $75,000.
It started from secretary’s heedlessness. Although, she had received the reports and documents from the court, she put it aside telling that she was “busy” and she hadn’t announced it to her boss for next three weeks. However, the court judge proclaimed that PEPSI has to pay $160,000 million for the absence.
How did it go from $75,000 to $160,000 million?
I wonder what is going to happen to the silly secretary.
Do you think that there is any explainations for such a hard penalty?

Brazil's Black Gold

I am pretty sure most of us are quite aware of the Olympic game happening in Rio de Janeiro in 2016.

But have you heard about the pre-salt pretroleoum found along the Brazilian coasts?

This resource is located about 7 km underneath the surface.
However, the life is not easy; the 4 out of 7 km are rock salt, which is even harder than rock and it makes it very difficult to penetrate. Although it will take about 7 years for the first drop of oil to be pumped out, many developed countries and the biggest oil companies in the world are now trying to get their slice of the cake.

Going back to the Olympic issue, does anybody realize yet that the Olympic games and the first extraction of oil will happen around the same period?

Do you think there is a connection here?

I believe these two events will be the most significant things in next decade for Brazil, and they could be used to put pressure on the participation in the oil earnings.

It is obvious that Brazil is going to make a lot of money from these events, but the question we should discuss is: "How much will it lose?"

If you have an opinion, please comment!

Fake ID

I think many people have heard about a fake I.D. According to the interview with a high school student A(18) in South Korea, many high school students, who are considered as the underage by a year, make their fake identification in order to buy cigarettes, alcohols, and to go to night club.
Making the fake identification is not that hard as people think.
*The first step is to scratch the number that you want to change with a knife.
*Then a bar code at the back of any book, cut the number you want.
*Using a glue, paste the number carefully on the ID card.
*Lastly, apply the hand coating film on the surface of the I.D. card.

Then ordinary people won’t be able to recognize the difference. This work requires outstanding performance of deftness in order to make the fake ID like real.
Many students are forging their ID card, not being conscious of the crime.

However, if they caught fabricating the ID card, it would worth less than 10 years in the jail. Trying to go to a night club can end up going to a jail.

Not Enough Punishment

Last week in South Korea, a very shocking case occupied the attention of society.
A man in his 50s was drunk and raped a 9 year old child girl after he chocked her until she went uncounscious. The 9 year old child took 8 hours of surgery, however she lost her bladder, intestines, genitals, and woomb permanently. She is now in the ICU at the hospital.
The criminal was caught and sentenced to 12 years in prison. However, many people manifested that the punishment should have been stronger and social groups gathered over 450,000 signitures in 5 days in favor of a tougher sentence on the criminal.
Considering the seriousness of the crime and a life of the little girl has been ruined for the rest of her miserable future, the punishment could have been more according to the gravity of the action this perverted human being performed. The idea of justice is not just following the law but also making sure that law in punishment fit the intensity of crimes. If it fails to do this, we lose the soul meaning of world justice.
